On July 1st, 2015 we received an Award of Merit from the prominent Best Shorts Competition for our promotional video Our World: Authentic & Certified by Crocon, featured on the main page of our website.
We entered our video in the Corporate/Employee Communication category, wanting to show the results of our hard work, the promo we are so proud of, and see if others would recognize it. Our video presents us through our well-known four principles, which are Proactivity, Simplicity, Positivity and Good communication. It is a passionate look at our force and what distinguishes us as a company and as individuals; our commitment, devotion and positive outlook being our driving forces.
In their own words, the Best Shorts Competition recognizes film, television, videography and new media professionals who demonstrate exceptional achievement in craft and creativity and those who produce standout entertainment or contribute to profound social change. Entries are judged by highly qualified professionals in the film and television industry.
In winning this award, Crocon joins the ranks of other high-profile winners of this internationally respected award, including The Weinstein Company for „Market Hours“, Disney Interactive for „Vinlymation: A Love Story“ and Oscar winning production „Mr. Hublot“ from author Lauren Witz.
Mr. Rick Prickett, who chairs the Best Shorts, had this to say about the latest winners: „Best Shorts is not an easy award to win. Entries are received from around the world from powerhouse companies as well as remarkable new talent. The competition helps set the standard for craft and creativity. The judges were pleased with the exceptional high quality of entries. The goal of Best Shorts is to help winners achieve the recognition they deserve.“
